To celebrate the publication of the book Memories of Wellingborough Grammar School, written by David and Graham Tall, with a foreword by old boy, Sir David Frost, the Tall boys went to London for a photocall, accompanied by Mr Geoff Cooksey who was an English teacher in the fifties. Sir David remembers Geoff with affection for his role in teaching the boys how to distinguish between a fair newspaper report and a loaded one. Geoff therefore was significant in starting Sir David on his way to becoming one of the most celebrated commentators on international affairs today. Geoff also produced the play Macbeth with Sir David as Banquo. David Tall had the pleasure as third murderer of killing Banquo on the stage for four successive nights ...
